The articles of association for the equity fund SKAGEN m2 are being amended following approval given by the Norwegian FSA on 16 June 2017, and the unanimous approval of the unit holder meeting held on 24 April 2017.

The fund has switched benchmark index from MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI to MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI ex REITS. The change to the articles of association entails that all instances of MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI in ยง 7 Unit Classes are replaced with MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI ex REITS. The updated articles of association are available here (PDF).

The change to the articles of association has been approved, however, the implementation of the new index has been temporarily delayed. Further information will be provided shortly. The fund's prospectus and KIID will also be updated and made available on our web pages.

SKAGEN does not charge any redemption fee, hence the securities funds' act stipulation that redemptions may be made free of charge in the event of changes to the articles of association is fulfilled.
