Earlier, Mr. Cheng worked as the Seoul bureau chief for The Wall Street Journal, covering North Korea and South Kora politics and business. Moreover, he started working in The Wall Street Journal as an intern in the Hong Kong´s bureau in 2005. Throughout his career at the paper, he has gained valuable insights in the different markets, but also politics in the different Asian countries.  
 
His experiences from the nuclear threat from North-Korea during Trump´s presidency, and the regional effects of the trade-war between the US and China, has broadened his perspective and insights. Consequently, he is an upmost expert in the tension between China, Taiwan, and the US unravelling these days. Mr. Chang will deliver valuable anecdotes and explain the possible fallouts between the countries and its consequences.
