The Norwegian Financial Services Authority has approved the establishment of the share classes for the global shadow activist fund SKAGEN Insight. The existing fund will subsequently change its name to SKAGEN Insight A. The share classes due to be launched are SKAGEN Insight B and SKAGEN Insight C.

SKAGEN Insight B has a lower fixed management fee than the A share class, and is open to investors subscribing through distributors who, on agreement with SKAGEN, do not receive compensation from the management company.

SKAGEN Insight C is open to investors who have units in the fund (excluding in the B share class) amounting to a cost price of at least 10 000 000 Norwegian kroner.

Unit holders who would like more information about the approval process may contact us by telephone on +47 51 80 39 00 or by sending an email to legal@skagenfunds.com.

SKAGEN Insight B and C will be open for trading as of 15 January.

Historical returns are no guarantee for future returns. Future returns will depend, inter alia, on market developments, the fund manager’s skills, the fund’s risk profile and management fees. The return may become negative as a result of negative price developments. There is risk associated with investing in funds due to market movements, currency developments, interest rate levels, economic, sector and company-specific conditions. The funds are denominated in NOK. Returns may increase or decrease as a result of currency fluctuations. Prior to making a subscription, we encourage you to read the fund's prospectus and key investor information document which contain further details about the fund's characteristics and costs. The information can be found on www.skagenfunds.com. Storebrand Asset Management administers the SKAGEN funds which are by agreement managed by SKAGEN's portfolio managers.
